WE THOUGHT THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN IT IS A BIT LIKE THE MAYWEATHER AND MANNY BOXING FIGHT BUT BACK BEFORE RIHANNA HAD RELEASED LOUD IN 2010 SHE QUOTED CLAIMING THAT SHE AND KATTY PERRY WERE GOING TO WORK ON A TRACK TOGETHER AND SAID:
"We want to get in the studio and hopefully make something for this album, who knows - or maybe for her re-release. We want to do something together for sure."
And that was the end of it - until now!
Apparently, just because these girls haven't been talking about it to the press doesn't mean it hasn't still been in the works, because two years - and two album - later, Rihanna has revealed:
“We have been working on this for years. We still are trying to make a song together. She is one of my favorite musicians, as well as one of my favorite people in the industry. Katy very uncalculated, very sure of herself, and that’s something very rare in this industry to find. The song will probably come out in a while. I won’t say that it’s happening right now, but it’s going to happen.”
